Join Us On An Adventure!

You are invited to celebrate our wedding on the coast of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. We have waited a long time to share this special day with our closest family and friends, and it means so much to have you with us.

Ceremony & Reception

The ceremony and reception will be adults only.

The resort itself is all-inclusive and family-friendly.

Attire

We invite our guests to join us in Beach Formal attire, inspired by tropical nights.

Think elegant warm-weather formalwear in breathable fabrics. This may include linen suits, flowing midi or maxi dresses, elevated separates, and footwear suitable for uneven surfaces. Ties are optional.

All guests are welcome to take part in the visual spirit of the celebration. Our wedding palette is Tropical Noir, and we encourage attire in tones of navy, dark teal, bordeaux, mahogany, bronze, deep emerald, or amber.

The bride and groom will be in white and ivory.

Please keep in mind that coastal weather can bring a bit of rain, wind, and of course—sand.

The Destination

Outside of the ceremony, there will be no shortage of ways to enjoy your time in Costa Rica—even within the resort itself.

Playa Matapalo is an eco-rich volcanic sand beach ideal for swimming, surfing, hiking, and waterfall chasing. Guests may also arrange private excursions such as ATV tours, fishing charters, boating adventures, and guided hikes.

We encourage everyone to pack according to their own sense of adventure—but definitely plan for at least a little rain.

Celebration at Home

We understand that not everyone will be able to make the trip, and we would still love to celebrate with you.

A post-wedding barbecue will be held in Buffalo, New York. All are welcome, with details to follow.

Attending a destination wedding requires keeping track of some key dates to ensure a seamless experience. Be mindful of the “Book By” date. Booking your room by this date is a significant gesture, signaling your attendance and helping the couple accurately plan their wedding. Remember, the special group room rates and reserved inventory are available only until this date. Additionally, please take note of the “Final Payment” date, which is mentioned here and will also be reflected on all your invoices. Rest assured, we'll send you reminders to help you stay on top of these important deadlines.
